Every project includes proper site preparation, gravel base installation, reinforcement, and professional finishing to ensure long-lasting
performance.

Yes. A filled hot tub with people in it can weigh over 5,000 pounds, and our 10x10 pads are poured at 5 inches with wire mesh reinforcement over a compacted gravel base specifically to carry that kind of standing load. Tell us the tub model at the estimate and we confirm the spec before we pour.
The published price covers a standard install: excavation, gravel base, forming, mesh, concrete and finishing. If there is an existing pad or old concrete to tear out and dispose of, that appears as its own labelled line on your written estimate, so you see the removal cost instead of finding it inside a bigger number.
Most 10x10 pads are formed, poured and finished in a single day on site once the estimate is approved. The concrete then needs time to cure before it goes to work, and we leave written instructions covering exactly when your pad is ready for the tub, shed or unit going on it.
Usually not for the pad itself. Sheds under roughly 15 square metres generally do not need a building permit in most GTA municipalities, but rules differ by city and by what you are putting on the pad. We flag anything permit-related for your specific property at the site visit, before you commit.
Yes. Small pads are regularly poured by wheelbarrow through narrow side yards and gates. It adds labour and we name that labour on the estimate, but tight access has never been a reason to turn down a pad job.
We proudly provide professional concrete contractor services throughout the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oshawa, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and Pickering. Our team installs durable concrete driveways, patios, slabs, and walkways for homeowners across these communities.
